This website is owned and operated by Zontar Manpower Services Inc., a POEA/DMW-licensed recruitment agency based in the Philippines.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Zontar Manpower Services Inc. retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, relevant labor laws, and regulatory agency requirements.

  • Contact Form Entries: Retained for up to 1 year, primarily for customer service and verification purposes.
  • Resume Submissions & Employment Records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years, in compliance with DMW/POEA requirements for overseas recruitment documentation and potential re-verification.
  • Analytics Data (Non-personally identifiable): Retained for up to 2 years, used for service improvement and website performance analysis.
  • Email Inquiries & Correspondence: Retained for up to 2 years, for reference, compliance, or follow-up unless earlier deletion is requested by the user.

Data you submit may be processed in Philippine-based servers and may also be transferred to foreign employers or recruitment partners outside the Philippines, particularly in countries where deployment is being facilitated.

All data transfers are done in accordance with data privacy regulations and are safeguarded by proper data-sharing agreements.

Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We do not conduct automated decision-making or profiling. All candidate evaluations are done manually by our licensed recruitment staff and in collaboration with employers.

Zontar Manpower Services Inc. operates under the regulation of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
